You must be a subscriber to NEOmobile site license to create NEOmobile account. Once subscribed, you can create account using your email address. Note the domain name part of the email address must match a valid site license account name.

When you click 'Create account', an email will be sent to the Account specified. You will have about one hour to click on the link in that email to activate your account. The account cannot be used until activated.
